Fishing Tips and Tricks for crappie!

for clear sunny days you're going to want to use, colors like ghost, clear, whites, browns, and olives

for overcast skies or muddy murky waters use whites, chartreuse and reds

for low light conditions dawn/dusk, you're going to want to use chartreuse pinks and reds,

times of the year can also affect the color of bait you're going to want to throw

for winter: you're going want to use your local baitfish colors like shad, gray and silvers, or goldfish orange, and golds whatever baitfish you have an abundance of at your lake of ponds try to mimic them the best you can

for spring, use bright colors like chartreuse the crappie are shallow they are spawning and aggressive but still skittish be careful don't use to bright of colors

for summer, use darker colors the crappie are deep they are done spawning so not as aggressive and still skittish so use dark colors to give you're baits better contrast in the water column
